Consumer Credit Agreements

We have extensive experience in advising clients in relation to their obligations under the Consumer Credit Act. In particular we have acted for a number of independent schools in ensuring compliance with the Act relating to the payment of school fees in instalments. Failure to act in accordance with the Act is a criminal offence and any such credit agreements are likely to be unenforceable against a defaulting borrower.
